Today is wife's birthday so I decided to attempt to make a chocolate peanut butter pie. Never made one before but you tube will make you a hero.
I think its pretty good and not to hard to make. Crush up some oreos mix in some butter press into a pie pan..... put in oven at 350 for 5 minutes or so. The filling was peanut butter 8oz package of cream cheese and cup and a quarter of powder sugar and a tub of cool whip. Mix together and put it into pie shell and then into fridge for a couple of hours at least to let it set up..... dang rich but it's good. I still don't have much taste back yet but my wife admitted it was dang good.....
Someone makes one of these every year for the gtg but I think in 20 years I've only got a sliver of a slice once....
