Ok guys...........my daughter bought me and the wife an Instant Pot for Christmas. Give me some good wild game recipes.
Dude we’ve done all kinds of stuff with ours. Bear, deer, beaver, birds, fish etc. Smoked some bear recently and overshot the mark and it was a little tough. Threw it in the instapot with the valve closed for like 8 minutes and it came out super tender
Edit: forgot to add that the little metal rack is worth its weight in gold if you don’t want meat sticking to the bottom of the pot as it heats up

I have taken to using my own recipes but substituting the insta pot timelines found online. They work. Only rec is to not add thickeners like corn starch or flour after you cook, it reduces the instances of getting the “ food burn” message.

We've done elk pot roast and elk round steak and gravy in our so far. Both were very good.
