Assembled an H&R 20 ga slug gun. For those familiar with the H&R Ultra Slug Hunter (USH) slug guns this one is not a heavy bull barrel. It is a fully rifled Tracker II barrel which is slightly heavier than a standard barrel. It came with sights, had a smith d&t for a scope base. Fit the barrel to an SB2 frame. Added camo synthetic stocks and a camo Nikon scope. Due to the light weight compared to a USH, I added a 14 oz mercury recoil reducer to the stock. should be a nice shooter.4420E0AA-287B-443D-99A7-B3EA692A6D5D.jpeg

Buddy of mine had a tracker ll 6 or 8 years back that shot great cold but as soon as the barrel warmed up, poi shifted right much.
Dang thing kicked like a mule with the lighter barrel too.

I hunt a shotgun-only county, and have the same setup with the heavy barrel. Might be the best $200 I've ever spent on hunting/shooting...
I've had a few of the heavy ones, solid 2" 100 yard guns. Hoping this lighter weight one does the same. It sure does carry nice.
