Need 3 lbs of meat
Venison, elk,beef, turkey, chicken.... name your poison..... cooked and drained ( season meat with Salt and pepper)
1 green pepper diced
1 yellow pepper diced
1 orange pepper diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 large onion chopped
Add all the above .....with the stuff pictured below .... I drain one can of the beans and leave the juice in the other one.......you can vary the BBQ sauce to your liking, but the one pictured works really nice.......I add 3 cups of water and stir well..... let simmer for an hour or so... pretty easy and great heat/sweet chili... add your favorite heat to your liking!
