Moultrie Mobile alerts not working

Last week MoultrieMobile eliminated text alerts for new image notification. Now they rely on app notifications (like Spypoint). All was working fine for me with the text alerts but now I no longer get the notifications through the app. Checked all my app and phone settings and all looks right. Their customer service is no help. Just not getting the image alerts which renders a high dollar cell camera and $10 monthly service pretty useless. Anyone else had this trouble with MM alerts or not getting them? About to go Spypoint for good. Thanks.

Guess I’m the only MM user here and based on reliability plus the $10 a month, I think I maybe know why. By the way, I did figure out a fix. Just deleted the app and reloaded. Now the alerts work. Go figure. Still wish they offered the text alerts though.
