Mongolian Beast as requested…

QBD2

Old Mossy Horns
Sauce

2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp minced ginger(paste works to)
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup soy
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3-4Tbsp Szechuan spicy sauce(House of Tsang brand)

Meat
Thin sliced meat of choice
S&P, cornstarch
Oil

Noodles/rice of choice. We use lo mein noodles.

Can add bean sprouts, snow peas, shrooms, onions etc to your liking.

Heat 2tsp oil in a small sauce pan. Add ginger and garlic. Stir about a minute, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes then set aside.

Season meat and toss in cornstarch. Pan fry until crispy.

Combine and toss all ingredients then enjoy.

Dang that was good..... matter of fact there wasn't anything I had that wasn't good..... even the groundhog tacos were better then any I've ever had off a truck. 😉
