Damn thing went out of stock during checkout. Oh well guess I didn't really need it....
That would have been an easy no for me.... but I have 2 in the safe right now. One that was bought brand new in 1972 for $69+ tax

They've gone up for sure. I picked up a pristine 1978 made 44 mag back in the fall. It was quite a bit more than the $200 pcbuckhunter paid. Even so, it looks they've gone up in value since then.
20 years is an eternity in the gun word where values are concerned. Even at that, $200 was on the cheap side.
