made a Street Kitchen meal today,,,,
took what I call the "tenders" from a wild turkey breast (that semi-seperate peice up under the larger breast muscle),,,,cut it into cubes,,,,
cooked with the Street Kitchen Malaysian Satay seasonings,,,,,,,followed the recipe on the package but added a small bit of coconut milk as it seemed a might dry to us (I like it with sticky rice, so some "gravy" is nice to have),,,,not too much, maybe a 1/2 cup,,,,,added 1 cup of chopped mixed vegetables/fungi (snow peas, mushroom, cauliflower)
served over sticky rice,,,,,,,
it was real good,,,,,I'll try to remember to take a picture of the actual meal next time!!
