Our club in bertie will most likely take a few new members this season. Round 750 acres with clubhouse, still hunting only and shooting for 8-10 members max.
are yall still looking for new members ?I'll know more after Turkey season
We were paying 1500 a person back in the 80's for a central Texas lease. Now be it 10000 acres. Or should I say my dad was i was a kid.Ha! If anyone thinks this price is steep then you should try to get in on a Texas deer lease. Prices start around $1200 and that would be a shot-out lease where you're lucky to shoot a scrawny doe. So the Eastern NC clubs are a relatively good deal. Having a lot of free public land in NC is a stark contrast to Texas (public land was sold to finance the State Capital building in Austin) so this probably keeps NC lease prices down somewhat.
