Looking for a Knights Armament gunsmith

Need brake attached to a knights armament SR15 with the E3 bolt, rail can not be removed without a special tool which is out of stock nor can I use standard reaction rod due to tapered lugs. They sell a knight stick reaction rod but again out of stock. So I need a smith just to change out muzzle device. Anyone know one in NC?

What barrel and how much barrel past the handguard?

If you have 1" you can clamp in wood block barrel vice.
If not clam Shell will work. It should. Not be on too tight.

Not pin and welded is it? Rockset or black loctite?

Block also works.
