Lifetime Trapper's license?

I thought I saw where that was being proposed and voted on this year, but I can't find it now. Does anyone have a link or know if they are going to create a lifetime trapper's license this year?

That is a provision in HB 597 that has been ratified and sent to the Governor on August 20. He has ten days to veto it, sign it or ignore it. It he signs it, it becomes law or if he ignores it, it becomes law after 10 days. And the section authorizing the Lifetime Trapping License has an Effective date of Sept. 1, 2019.

The bill was signed into law by the governor yesterday. It reads as follows:

Resident Lifetime Trapping License – $300.00. This license shall be issued only to an individual resident of the State and is valid for the lifetime of the licensee.

The effective date is Sept., 1, 2019
