Always get confused on what I have to have to be legal for ducks. I have the resident big game and basic big game with my HIP certification. Now all I need is my waterfowl stamp or do I need more?

You'll need both NC waterfowl license and fed duck stamp.

Should have just bought the resident sportsman and be done with it............then all you would need is the federal duck stamp.............and you would have come out cheaper probably
