Sorry but I’m a newbie to this. Figured some of you guys would be experts on this subject. If there is a knife, exact same knife made from the exact same company, one in 1075 carbon steel and one in 1095, which would be better? I have no clue on knife steel.
They are both the same exact price.
It would be for general cutting/skinning.
