Pat Bracher. The dude is part fish. His brother Art is one of the best Bill fishermen on the east coast (Pelican out of Oregon Inlet) and they’re both neck and neck for being the best drum fisherman out there. No nonsense, shut up and fish, no pro staff wanna be bullchit, just straight up fishing.
