Old Mossy Horns
I do as many others have said they do and don't really follow a recipe. I try and keep it simple. Marinade in some Moore's Teriyaki, added a good squirt of local honey, a little chili powder, a little cayenne, a shot of bourbon, a little liquid smoke,, then after I lay the pieces on the trays, I run a bead of Sriracha on each one.
