Is POWDERVALLEY.COM legit?

"S" after powder = scam

But I was hoping Powdervalley.com is legit
Anyone ever use them?

Seems like they have Schuetzen Black Powder FFF

Being the #11 caps are more readily available, are ALOT of people buying #11 nipples for revolvers (mine is pietta - 1858 Remington), so they can use the #11 caps?
