Hunting Lease Insurance

Does anyone have any information about an Insurance Company where I can get hunting insurance? I have an opportunity to lease a small piece of land to hunt, but the owner wants me to have insurance before he will lease it to me. Any information you can share is appreciated!

Also, make sure that they know in NC they aren’t legally liable for injuries to hunters.
