Old Mossy Horns
Took some Jalapenos, spicy pepperocini, a green bell, 1 green habanero and some green cayenne peppers. Put them on the smoker for a couple hours with 2 big garlic cloves (peeled).

Finished them on a hot grill for a few. Cut the stems off and out all into a food processor. Added apple cider vinegar and several green tomatoes just about to turn colors. Few pinches of salt and blended fine.

Canned in hot water bath. Turned out perfectly smokey and sweet with good heat. I had a green Carolina reaper -I opted not to use on this batch.

All in all, better than I expected. And all home grown!
