Help me catch Striper

What is you bait of choice on Mattamuskeet have only ever caught one on live Manhatten but fish there pretty often.

The last time i caught a striper in that lake was in the late 90s before the whole lake died. I wasn't targeting them, we caught them often while targeting bass on a devil's horse or a walking bait.
