90 seconds. Then quarter turn. 90 seconds. Flip. 90. Quarter turn. 90 seconds. Pull off. Let sit for 5-10 minutes lightly tented.

By clean it , I mean spray it down and turn the heat up for 5 minutes or until it stops smoking.Clean the grill? You're getting rid of all the flavor for the next time you use it.
