daughter sent me some different brands of Hatch Valley Green Chilies (always used 505, but gets hard to find),,,
so took four turkey legs,, put in pressure cooker with some stock, a chopped medium onion, and a few celery stalks chopped
pressure cooked for 2,,, yes 2,, hours,,,
shredded,,,(yeah,,, few dang tendon shafts in there in the pic,,, I pulled them out,,,
then gave it to Wife and she made me a green chli stew with it,,
the meat,,,
some of the stock that I pressure cooked the meat with,,,,
couple (well more like 3) cups of the green chilies
some quartered potatoes,,,
some bay leaves
some radishes (for additional potato like "stuff" without the taters),,,
and I don't know what else she added,,,,
ate it with some tortillas I have,,,
that stew is GOOD,,,
