Seriously tho it was 16lbs of meat in that pot(crabx3, shrimpx6, scallopsx3, sausagex4) for 8 adults, a 10yr old and a toddler. And it got destroyed

oh man - we had that this past Saturday,,,,good eats
better yet - had some left over,,,and let's just say that "crab, shrimp, and Andouille stone ground grits" are WOW!!
How did you separate it on the table, I mean all the taters at one end with the sausage. that's mean if you are at the end and want something besides a tater.

It’s separated in the pot by cook times. Taters always on bottom. We’ve got it down to the minute as to what goes in when, so nothing gets overcooked.
And I drain and dump, so the good stuff is always at my end
