Watching the heels game and boy what a night by Cole. Anyway, my wife is searching for some tickets online and she sees Elon vs UNC on the 20th and mentions it to me since I am an Alumnus from Elon. . I said yeah that is a payback game from last year as UNC did Elon a favor to get a big crowd in their first game in their new facility .
I said if we go to that game who should I pull for?? (knowing all to well that it would be UNC) She said UNC of course with a look that would kill.
She also said we are not spending the money to see Elon play. funny stuff. Gonna be State, Duke or Ohio ST.
I married up and she thinks like me. A win win for me. By the way I do pull for Elon, just not when they are playing the Heels.
Not that it matters but I for one never liked that they dropped the "Fighting Christians" for " The Phoenix"
