Smoking some shoulders for BBQ tomorrow and did some leg shanks for a big pot of beans. Smoking them today let them rest overnight. Tomorrow plan to put it in the new All American Canner to pressure cook them.
Plan to use some of the juices left in the pressure cooker in the beans.
Be the first cooking in the AAC 10.5 quart.

Awesome! This site must have smellovision cuz you got my mouth watering! My wife prob uses the smoker/grill more than the oven since we got one as a wedding gift in July.

Looks good are they pork shanks? I save all my deer shanks and braise them, one of the best parts of a deer.
