Federal Premium Champion

I saw 200 round boxes of .45 for $115 and bought some. I thought best price I’ve seen in long time but did not realize until after I placed order that it’s Premium Champion. The red box threw me off and my brain didn’t register the eagle was missing. What’s the difference between this and American Eagle?

Very little if anything. I've shot a pile in 9mm and estate, fed champion and American eagle have all been about the same.

The AE has jacketed bullets (like the military uses)

The Champion line has cheaper copper plated bullets and small pistol primers

The primer thing may not matter unless you reload
