Yeah I have had my fill of these low daytime temperatures. I can keep myself warm moving around except for my fingertips due to circulation problems. Gloves,mittens nothing works but taking a break near a heat source. The cold air makes my nose run and drip constantly to the point I have done about rubbed the skin off of itI have one thing to add to this weather thread.
F this cold weather!!
I can hunt in it, but no one should have to be outside working in it.....

I'm seeing the first radar images of snow already over my area but the air must be too dry for it to make it to the ground. Anyone west or north of Charlotte seeing any fall yet?
It's been showing in Boone for an hour but my son hasn't seen any.
W/ milk & bread you make gruel, so you don't starve during the "winter storm". This is going to be bad folks!!!

This morning was one of the prettiest sunrises I've seen in weeks (I try to see them all).
I had to go to the G store for deli meats for my lunch today. Place was PACKED!
Then a couple of hours later, my MRS calls me and asks me to bring home eggs
$5 says the ABC store is gonna resemble New Years Eve

Then ran to the grocery store to get beer, some ingredients for a dish I’m wanting to make, and some pickled herring. Grocery store was a mad house. But they had ole to f bread, milk and eggs. But they were out of heavy cream and I need that for my recipe. I guess people bought it all up to make snow cream

the resort cam on king street does not seem to show that much as of now but it is in town so maybe it is melting more there. Have not talked to the boy child today, if he is smart he is on a ski slope today.
Weather rock says don't worry about that frosty stuff on the ground.
