You’d be hard pressed not to get me to eat something with BBQ sauce. Looks awesome. Nice views on the mountain too

Deer neck in the crockpot with rice....deer shoulder in crock pot with rice. Hearty meals. Most of the time I leave the grunt tube in while it cooks.....gives it more tone.

And here I just put mine in the crockpot this week. Mine have never made it that far down the evolutionary chain.

Makes good tacos too.
I ended up chilling and chopping all this.
it made just over a solid quart plus all of dinner last night for the three of us.

Last night we just mixed with bbq sauce and baked for a few minutes till hot then served.

you can also toss it in salsa and make nacho and taco meat. That’s prolly what me and the baby are having for lunch

both using same stock and seasoning.
one in Dutch oven on 300* and one in crockpot on low.

both will be seasoned with BBQ sauce when finished.

might do one with vinegar sauce and the other with baby Rays
