Did something a little different tonight. Whole plucked wood ducks with potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, smoked sausage, and bacon. Poured 3 cans of coke on the top and let roll in the oven at 325 for 3 and a half hours.

It’s not my favorite but it was good. I like to breast them out and cook them in a skillet like a steak but like to mix it up sometimes.
