so wanted something different than my standard grilled duck (a favorite of mine)
so did street tacos
two medium ducks (these were widgeon and a gadwall)
marinade:
serving sides:
debone the duck
mix up the marinade
marinade duck meat for 24 hours (ish)

seperate skin from meat - skin needs to cook till crisp for flavor
stir fry the meat till medium rare (or however done you want it you blasphemous heathens who cook meat too much!!)
take out meat and keep cooking skins

- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 a jalapeno
serving sides:
- grilled corn tortillas/street size
- chopped cilantro
- limes to squeeze
- chopped onions
- chopped jalapeno
