Delta Blues style Mongolian Caribou

So had leftovers from the Mongolian Caribou I made the other day. It had about 2 cups of broth in it so I wanted to add some rice or something. Dug around in Wife's cabinets and found some "Delta Blues Rice Grits" and it intrigued me. She picked them up in Mississippi (name gives that away)

heated the leftovers to a boil and added a cup of the rice grits to the leftovers

Dang - it was great - excellent flavor that likely mainly came from the broth into the rice grits but definitely something that I will use again (and again and again!)

Is that like regular grits, quinoa, or better than both?

I'll eat grits if served, but won't order them. I've made quinoa, and the best way I've found to eat it, is to not.
