Just got done hand cutting the deer shoulder for some taco meat tonight.
Also did some maple smoked bacon to add a little different taste and aroma.
Can't wait.....
And it is about ready.
Plan to give it a shot of bourbon for the meat, and a shot for me then let it rest before I hit it hard.
Funny my Labs know the difference in deer and anything else. I cut deer they want there part. Cut fish or chicken the just go sit and watch.
Deer equals happy labs.....
