Took the buck I killed Thanksgiving Day and one of the does to the processor. Just picked it up this afternoon.
115lbs of meat from 1 3/4 deer, we ate one backstrap, and turned 1 ham into jerky.

If it came from plantation processing it will be good burger meat. they do the best work I’ve found in the area

You talking about processor off 218? Had a deer done there last year in nothing but sausage. First pack I thawed out stunk like rotten meat. Next few packs that thawed out stunk to high heaven. Never again!

They have done nothing but good work for us

That’s awesome! How much did the deer weigh before they were dressed?

The doe weighed 150 ish
The buck weighed 190-200ish

My FIL’s scale broke this year so I don’t have an exact weight on them
