Workouts since my last post:

3x strength workouts
1x HIIT rebounder session
1x easy walk
1x mobility workout

My thumb is healing! The challenge this week will be keeping up with my workouts, because rifle season opens tomorrow and we'll be hunting as much as we can this week :)

Finally get to post in this thread! For what its worth, I'm very limited mobility - horrible back and knees. I've been working on getting weight loss surgery, with a hopeful goal of March 2024 to get the surgery.

Yesterday, my wife and I joined the YMCA and started free swim/water aerobics. Freaking love it. Feels like a completely different body. I'm able to do so much more. We had such a good time yesterday after doing a hour workout, without really feeling sore that we went back today and I ended up doing 90 minutes.

This is from my Apple Watch that I wore during the entire workout. I know wearables aren't 100%, but it's a great feeling. First time I've felt proud of myself post workout in over a decade.

Work has kept my running down for most of the month. But got a 10 mile in Friday and decided I'd rather hike this weekend, so did that Saturday and today...
About 60 miles to go on my goal for the year

Awesome! I love my wearable too (fitbit) even if it's not 100% accurate, tracking workouts keeps me motivated :)
