Just got word that the KECA tag has been filled. My buddy is up at camp scouting for his archery hunter tomorrow, he helped with the drag. Beautiful Pa bull!

Teen shoots first elk, and it's a doozy

His dad says hockey comes first for 13-year-old Ryker Copp, but hunting is a close second. That may change after the teen from Warren, MN bagged a huge elk Sunday.

Considering only 17 licenses were available this year, drawing a Minnesota elk tag isn't easy. The odds of siblings Sharlene Peterson and Gary Przekwas both drawing tags are even longer.
