College football '25-'26 season

Can they win with this type of turmoil?

If these people are really that upset over the best hire that we’ve ever had for the football program head coach position and would donate to a Mack brown lead program but not the greatest football coach to ever live them idk that there is any help for them. There is a core group of people in there that just absolutely love to see the football team suck I guess. I hope they all leave, take their money with them and never come back. This is the biggest W for that program in program history. I am counting the days until I can wear my chapel bill shirt every weekend.

Latest I heard is they're picked to finish SEVENTH in the conference.

How much is he getting paid?????

I would agree with that under Mack Brown and most every other coach we’ve had in my lifetime. Chapel Bill may be no different. We will see.
He's an outstanding coach. There's no debating that. But, the question is.....can he do what he does with the level of talent that place can draw?

I think UNC fans are overestimating what a 73 yo coach can do to build a winning tradition in a short amount of time. I just don't see it happening. The Meccas for college football are elsewhere. Bill B. being in CH doesn't give them that much clout, and he won't be there long enough to make it that way.

You might be right. Regardless of how it turns out, I applaud their effort to try to get a real coach for a change to at least attempt to get them above mediocrity.

Can the name of this Thread be switched to semi-pro football 25/26? It doesn’t resemble the college game anymore, except for where the stadiums where they are play.

Bill sucked without Brady, just like he's gonna suck at UNC

The man has 8 Super Bowl rings…..he kept putting misfit players into his system year after year after year and kept on winning with a 6th round pick as quarterback. Try again.

Who knows how he will do at unc. He’s put together an interesting group. We will see what happens on the field.
