Oh yeah! Watched most of the games so far.
Got season tix this year for the first time. They got some work to do but i trust the coach.

The Hall of Fame commercial showing Mike Vernon got me remembering Vernon v. Roy circa 1997. And Osgood v. Roy the following year.

Well last night was a train wreck...... they got their azzes kicked by the Lightning..... wasn't a pretty thing to have to see ...... Lightning had 15 shots and 8 of them went in the back.of the net...... tell me with a straight face we don't have a goalie issue...

Glad i missed that one. It was ugly but most of the goals, while it mattered at least, were not his fault. Goaltending is a problem as is the power play.
Man I hear ya.
Lined up to go to a game next month……..that’s not the kind of experience I’m hoping to get.
Looked much better the last couple. Hopefully that one game was just that.. long season.

Lots of season left, but, unless they make changes they won't make the playoffs.
Ranta placed on waivers this afternoon. After what i have seen so far that is a good mo e. Hate it for Rants, but if you are scoring 5 and losing games your goaltender is a problem.
It was ugly last night..... but I was questioning goal tending before the season even started...... not sure what they are going to do the cupboards seem pretty bare when it comes to goalies.
I wonder if the timing says anything about when Anderson might be back
I was under the impression he is out for a longtime.... maybe the rest of the season.... I suspect they have a trade in the works .
Hearing anderson is cleared for conditioning and due back on the ice soon. Likely still 3 to 4 weeks out if all goes well.
Anyone else still following? We went to Canadiens game last week - boys are looking good right now.
Saw that we have played more away games thus far than any NHL team but will be home a lot in the next few weeks.

Yup they are on a tear right now.... 6 in a row on the road... the game last night against Washington was a good one. Looking forward to going to tonight's game.

Yeah, I have managed to catch both the Ranger rape, and the Capital cremation.
I thought Burns slapper was going to go through the net, the glass, and the head of that pouty girl behind the goal.

Looked like about 1/3 of the fans were wearing Pittsburgh jerseys.
Glad to see them go home disappointed. Ranta stole a few from Crosby tonight.
That was a good game. Would pay to know what was being said at the end of the 2nd.
