Burris customer service

Back around 2007 Burris ran a special. Buy Burris full field scope and get a set of 8x42 binoculars free. I bought one to but on my sons .243.

Fast forward. Binoculars have been in drawer for couple years. Basically just needed a good service job. I sent them back to Burris. Today received a brand new pair 8x42 Burris droptine binoculars. Not a bad little pair of binoculars.

Was very impressed with Burris.

Burris has been great for me since '83 !

Nikon's done the same for me a few times. Got sand in my eye cups and had a focus issue. Sent them back and brand new pair arrives a few weeks later.
