Building a custom fly rod

Does anyone now of a custom fly rod builder, that is in the Piedmont/western part of the state?
I bought a Loop 4wt fly rod blank and would like to get it finished, I got it on sale.
I have look a few places in Hickory. (fly/guide shops) to no avail.

Why not finish it yourself? I've done several fly and spinning rods with material from https://www.jannsnetcraft.com/

If you're at all handy, it is not difficult at all. You might not end up with a super professional job, but you'll have the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
