If I'm out and cutting up at camp site I'll use a gerber wood/bone saw. its compact and has served me well

Hacksaw with coarse blade. Replace when dull.

This is what I do now.

I had a good bone saw and lost it. Couldn't find a like replacement. Went to the hack saw and found the longer length really helped when cutting skull caps.

Wood trim saws like this. They are great. If you want to cut horns or bone it cuts great and will not twist. You can do a very good v cut to remove that horns.images.jpeg

BTW I have had folding saws like you linked, no way for bone and deer, they just don't work good. The handle is hard on your hand, most are pull saws so hard to get pressure.
They do good for stand saws to cut a branch or trim shooting lane but not for bone. Just my finding.

For cutting a skull cap I use a saw like the ones gadget posted...... for legs I just use my limb loppers that I keep in the truck
