I won one at a our Sportsman banquet and finally got around to shooting it. Oh my goodness the trigger is a beast I can't believe how much pressure you need to exert. 2 shots, seems pretty accurate, hate the freaking safety on it..... gun is pretty heavy guess that is why for a Derringer it don't have much bite. Don't see it as a carry gun ...... anyone else have one of these? Maybe hide it in truck not sure what I'd use it for. Will have to shoot it some more to get use to it for sure. Like the 9mm size ammo is pretty easy to come by these days.

I’ve never dealt with the smaller cartridges, but my Dad’s .45/.410 is a dream to shoot. Trigger is just heavy enough. Takes just a bit of firm pressure.

It’s pure dee hell in snakes and small varmints… mouses, rats, possums, dillers and such.

You can lock the safety out so its a non issue also. I keep one in .410 laying on the console of my pickup with 000 buck in it. Purty easy to grab and it's so dang heavy it won't slide off.
