A very good man !Yes sir! The one and only!
One of those oyster knives was likely mine. We shucked a lot of oysters togetherRemember the story he told about wearing out 1 or 2 oyster knives at one get together ?
And his ever present 180-foot iced tea?
He always said he was "a teller of tall tales, a philosopher of facts, and a purveyor (of something)".
I hate that I forget things.
And It was 180 Degree Iced Tea. I normally hate Iced Tea,but his was really goodRemember the story he told about wearing out 1 or 2 oyster knives at one get together ?

I still have a duck call he made for me. Its made from bambooHe told me it was 180 ' (foot) iced tea, as that was the length of the line from pump foot to pressure tank.
Either way, he was a great guy.
Tabor City knives, Wilmington Grills, and his great food, and even better stories.
Cool !I still have a duck call he made for me. Its made from bamboo
If you see a hunter green maycraft fishing in spots that have no fish, that would be us! Stop and say hey!I'll be there; fish it every year. Always a great time.
Yes. I think I’m gonna put in at Hobucken Marina tho. This will be my first year fishing the tournament, do most of the anglers put in at Mayo's?
I'm not sure. I havent been on the island in a couple of years, but I think it changed ownership. I called a buddy of mine down there last week to ask if it was open and he said it was.Is that what the one Mr. Foy owns?
When did that change? Put in there all the time and I always put cash in the steel box.Hobucken marina is not a pay ramp at the moment.
Main tournament was single biggest redfish and single biggest trout. Tourney within the tourneys were most spots on a red, biggest non tourney fish and combined weight of a limit of trout. What was the format for this tournament and what won it?
