Best food plot ever......

Burns with fire are great! Most are doing chemical burns though and those don't leave much for wildlife.

Converting 20 acres into the longleaf pine plantation was the best food plot ever..... I have seen more wildlife ever since the first burn
Good looking longleaf, but a tiny part of the wildlife benefit. Most critical for seed, fruit, browse, cover and insects that attract critters is the groundcover/understory. Same thing can be obtained in loblolly, shortleaf, hardwood, old fields, or cutover as long as sunlight gets to the ground. Glad you are seeing this benefit and hope you can keep the canopy open and avoid the lure of intensive pine straw production to enjoy this stand for years to come.
