Beast mode Crappie and I may have an Addiction

Went to one of my favorite Crappy holes yesterday am and it was a lackluster morning except for the first fish. a 15 plus inch crappie that was FAT ..I cauught a 16incher a few weeks back that was big , but this one probably weighed a little more.. should of got pics of how thick her back was.

anyway left there at 9am and at 10am made a 250 mile trip North to Stafford Va where a person was selling a Raddison Canoe at a good price. these are hard to find used in good shape as the owners tend to hang on to them. I was the first person that called and he said he had 1500 hits on this canoe but he stuck to his word and held it for me until saturday evening. Thsi is not a river canoe but more of a beaver pond , pond or small lake canoe. Very light at 34 lbs and it can be rowed and it holds a lot of weight to be so small. Ideal for a Deer hunting canoe also.

now i have 6 canoes, 2 yaks and a Jon boat. :greenjump: . I may have an addiction. My lovely wife and dog made the trip with me and the only thing she asked was where was I going to put it?? I said maybe in the den. flip it over and it can be a coffee table.

also on the way back met relatives In Roanoke Rapids and ate at Oscars. really good place with great food , my wifes relatives own it but it has awesome food.

Thule rack that raise and lowers so you dont hear the wind noise from it when you re not carrying.

Mine is the older version of this one https://www.rei.com/product/871126/thule-xsporter-pro-truck-rack?sku=8711260001&CAWELAID=120217890000858718&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=145163931814&CATCI=pla-1966083220960&cm_mmc=PLA_Google|21700000001700551_8711260001|92700075355970023|NB|71700000107078183&gclid=CjwKCAjwrpOiBhBVEiwA_473dInQ6zbPPeUekBMaP662TIOnZ1v9VvI7hgZRGVFRLqlkiQ6ya3MihhoCn_0QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

also, for me it is only for canoes. they do have a yak craddle for it but I find the yaks fit in the bed and you dont have to lift the yak as high. a good yak generally weighs 50 plus percent more than a same size canoe so canoes go on top and yaks in bed

Twelve Pointer
You know you can only use one at a time? I get it, they all I’m sure do something a little bit better than a different one……but 6? LOL!
