I am a barbecue sauce sucker. I have probably bought & tried dozens of store bought BBQ sauces. Some excellent, some very good, some good & some not so good. The other day I cleaned out the bottom shelf of the refrigerator & threw out about half. For chopped or pulled pork I am a big fan of a tangy Eastern NC style vinegar based sauce. For chicken & pork ribs a tangy but not too sweet ketchup, vinegar, sugar based sauce is hard to beat. Some SC mustard based styles are not too bad either.
