Got my 39 $ stealth cam in last week from midway that was on sale from$ 99 to $39.

Are most using alkaline batteries or rechargeable NMH's ????

Energizer lithium. I was skeptical about how much longer they would last at first but they are definitely worth the cost.

Lithium, if the camera will run on em. I’ve got a few that will only function correctly with alkaline.

I run NiMH rechargeable batteries in all my trail cams.

We run cheap Stealth Cams year round and only change batteries twice a year per camera. We use Tractor Supply batteries and average 1000+ pics every two weeks
