Banner day Squirrel Hunting

Eight Pointer
After starting the season with this rifle and Eley subs, and shooting lights out, I hit a snag a couple of weeks ago. I decided to try a different type of Eley ammo called Edge with the EPS flat tip. Today I went six for six with my first two shots of the day being 47 yards. Double out of the same tree. I got “Frank” and “Carl” came to the funeral [emoji12].

Next two were 20-30 yard shots. Last two this evening were 40y and 50y. The Eley Edge is quite accurate out of my CZ 455, and has a quieter report when impact is made vs hollowpointed Eley subs. Been a while since I’ve shot 100% for a day of squirrel gettin’. Weather was great and movement was good. I’m looking forward to 2.5 months more of season!!

@Natebonebusta - What kind of shooting stick is that? I use a Primos Trigger Stick but that one looks different than the one I use.

Nice hunting, pictures and rifle setup also.
