Baked Snapper with Tapenade

Yelloweye snapper, gutted and scaled
Tapenade

layer of tapenade on bottom of baking dish
Lay fish in it
Put tapenade on top
Bake at 350 till done - this fish (2 1/2” thick at shoulders) took 1 hour

we have done this three times before and I like it more each time

That looks amazing. Had something about like that in costa rica a few years ago that our boat captains mom cooked one night.
Have to try your recipe one night🤘

I'm a big fan of baked fish! Just fileted and skinned a bunch of decent size Spanish, may have to try that with some of them.....

Looks delicious! When I saw the title I though, I thought I was going to see the recipe for a big old Snapping Turtle. Wife's Grandpa used to fix it alot.
