Got a few doe chops that I pre sliced and vac sealed from last year out of the freezer. Decided an Asian inspired marinade was the choice for the night.
Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1.5 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Small bunch of cilantro
Some sesame seeds sprinkled in
Let it marinade for 4hrs and set it out to room temp.
Grilled over hot coals. Watch your fingers when serving.
