Arrows

Those archery freaks on AT are something else. Ever try and sell anything over there? They ask the craziest questions and ask if item is still available and never make an offer. Or guys that talk about custom making every one of their arrows. Like their whole life revolves around bows and arrows.

I will just say, I resemble that remark. All my arrows are built component weighted out, fletching, nocks, inserts and each shaft built to weigh within .2 grains each other. So guilty as charged 🤷‍♂️

The ones I use regularly are kept sorted by spine in those 4 PVC tubes. There are also 1" tubes inside the big ones to break'em down further. That old vase holds pieces and parts from damaged shafts and a few old aluminums I saved for footings and collars 'cause, you know, stuff happens...

Wanna make me a few arrows! I’d say your one of the ones that knows enough about what your doing for it to make a difference. I can’t shoot good enough for it to make a flip of difference.

I miss shooting my bow every day. I have to say that my arrow pile was never that big though. No telling how many arrows I've put together, more than a few. I'm also guilty of trying to get every arrow exactly the same and taking too much time to do it. Also wish I knew how many deer the arrows I built have killed. Is it an addiction or an affliction?
