Arisaka Type 99

Just picked up my grandfather’s Type 99 that he brought back from WW2. I was looking forward to trying it out, but it appears to be missing the firing pin, spring, and safety. Otherwise it is intact. I was wondering if anyone here has any of these parts. I found a few on eBay but I thought I’d give it a try here first. Thanks!

Let me look, I may have a few parts guns if I did not dump them off.

Got a 99 long and a 99 short rifle.
Even have the hardest part to find,.an original dust cover.

In wake county.

Glad to help you out if you want but not worth pulling the parts, would only sell the complete guns.

Can’t help you out with parts but I enjoy shooting my type 99...mines an early one and plenty accurate.

Maybe look for a cheap parts gun
